Step 1: Receiving Your Mattress

Your SolaPedic Mattress is delivered compressed and rolled for easy handling. Upon arrival, inspect the packaging to ensure there are no visible damages. Once confirmed, move the box to the room where you’ll be setting up your new mattress.

Step 2: Unpacking with Ease

Carefully open the box and slide out the rolled mattress. Using the included cutting tool (or a pair of scissors), carefully cut away the plastic wrap. Be sure to avoid cutting too deep to prevent damage to the mattress.

Step 3: Watching It Expand

Once unwrapped, your mattress will begin expanding immediately! Allow it to fully regain its shape, which can take a few hours but may continue settling for up to 24 hours. Unlike memory foam mattresses, SolaPedic’s natural materials breathe freely, providing a fresh and chemical-free sleep experience.

Step 4: Proper Installation – No Box Springs!

To ensure the best support and longevity, your SolaPedic Mattress must be placed on a solid platform bed frame—not on box springs.
